- All details regarding location, song (if applicable), contact person coordination, and execution will be discussed and finalised only through calls or WhatsApp prior to the surprise.
- In case of any delay from the client’s side, our team can wait for an additional 30 minutes.
- Beyond this waiting time, an extra charge of ₹500 will be applicable for every additional 30 minutes, payable on the spot.
- Extra charges, if any, for add-on services or additional requests will be collected separately.
