RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customised items which are designed specially and specifically for you, cannot be returned.

 

Refunds are always made to the person who placed the order and the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original account, within a period of 7-10 working days.

 

Cancellation by THE MAJORS AND MINORS

 

Incase the surprise has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will do our best to notify you at the earliest and try for an alternative option. If you prefer for a refund we will refund the full amount will be refunded to the client.

 

Cancellation By Customer

 

Refund of order Cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.

 

Orders cancelled Ten days prior the date of surprise, 70% of the amount will be refunded

 

Orders cancelled One week prior the date of surprise, 40% of the amount will be refunded

Orders cancelled 2 days prior the date of surprise, there will be no refund.

 

Delivery

Gifts can be delivered to the recipient directly or to the requested address.

 

Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order.

 

We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked.

 

We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get it delivered on the date and time requested. However, in certain cases, there could be delays.
