Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Majors and Minors Surprise Planners, every surprise is carefully planned, customised, and executed exclusively based on the client’s requirements. Since our services involve time, creative effort, advance bookings, and third-party commitments, refunds and cancellations are governed strictly by the policy mentioned below.
By confirming a booking with us, the client agrees to all the terms outlined in this policy.
No Returns Policy
We do not offer returns under any circumstances.

Surprise planning services are intangible experiences and cannot be returned.

All gifts, décor items, customised setups, and services once delivered or executed are non-returnable.

Customised surprises, concepts, designs, props, and arrangements created specifically for a client cannot be reused or resold, hence are strictly non-returnable.
Refund Policy (Very Important)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only if eligible, based strictly on the timelines mentioned below.

Refunds, if approved, will be made only to the original payer

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment

Processing time: 7–10 working days

No cash refunds under any circumstances
Cancellation by The Majors and Minors Surprise Planners
In the rare event that a surprise must be cancelled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (such as safety concerns, force majeure, or factors beyond operational control):

We will inform the client at the earliest possible time

We will attempt to provide a rescheduled or alternate solution

If a refund is opted instead of rescheduling, the amount paid will be refunded in full
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations initiated by the customer are subject to strict deductions, as planning, coordination, and bookings begin immediately after confirmation.
Refund Structure

More than 10 days before the surprise date

Between 9 and 7 days before the surprise date

→ 40% refund

Between 6 and 4 days before the surprise date

→ 25% refund

3 days or less before the surprise date (including the surprise date)

No Refund Scenarios (Strictly Non-Negotiable)
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after booking

Change of plan, date, or time by the client

Personal reasons or emergencies from the client’s side

Delay or non-execution due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or unavailability of the recipient

Recipient not answering calls, denying entry, or refusing the surprise

Last-minute cancellations or postponements

Weather conditions, traffic delays, venue restrictions, or local authority rules

Partial execution of services due to factors beyond our control

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not communicated clearly during booking
Delivery & Execution Policy

Gifts or surprises can be delivered to the recipient or any address specified by the client

Clients are solely responsible for providing:

Correct delivery address

Accurate contact number

Proper entry permissions

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details

Locked premises or denied entry
-
Delays due to third-party vendors or delivery partners
-
Time delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Final Authority Clause (Very Important)

All bookings, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed only by the policies mentioned on this website

Verbal discussions, WhatsApp messages, or assumptions outside this policy will not be considered valid

The decision of The Majors and Minors Surprise Planners will be final in all matters related to refunds and cancellations
