- The Surprise will commence only after the sun light goes off

Return and Refund Policy
Please note that due to the nature of this surprise and the extensive arrangements required to create this magical experience, we do not accept any cancellations once the booking has been placed. As preparations begin immediately to ensure perfection, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, even if the booking is canceled the following day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver an unforgettable moment.

Details regarding location, songs, cake message, contact person etc., shall be discussed through Calls / Whatsap.
In case of delay in the Surprise an additional amount of Rs.500*/- will be charged on spot for every 1/2 hr.
Extra charges for the add ons will be collected separately.
