Specifications:
- You can choose the background song for the surprise.
- The song will be played in the speakers
- The Surprise will happen for 5-8 mins max.

Return Policy
Cancellation by THE MAJORS AND MINORS:
- Incase the surprise has to be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will do our best to notify you at the earliest and try for an alternative option. If you prefer for a refund we will refund the full amount.
Cancellation by Customer :
- Once the order is placed and cancelled 70% of the amount will be refunded
- Once cancelled one week prior the date of surprise 40% of the amount will be refunded
- Once cancelled four days prior the date of surprise, there will be no refund.
Important note
- Video recording for all the surpises are chargeable at Rs.999/- extra ( Not Compulsory )
- Unless you opt for recording we will not record the surprise.
- For live surprises the time slot will be given by us one day prior the date of surprise.
- Mid night or specific slots are chargeable @ Rs. 500/- (Subjected to availability)
- Kindly make sure the special person is available online by your slot timings.
- If the special person is not available by that time a we can wait 5-8 mins max.
- Incase if the time exceeds we will make sure to record and share it with the special person directly to make his/her day memorable.
